This conference serves as a premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange cutting-edge knowledge and innovative solutions addressing critical challenges in water security and sustainability.

Submission Guidelines：
·All manuscripts must be written in English.
·All manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission page on the conference website. If you encounter technical difficulties, please contact the Secretariat.
·A valid email address must be provided at the time of submission. All correspondence regarding the submission will be sent to this email address.
·A confirmation email will be sent immediately to the designated email address upon submission. Please check that the email has not been intercepted by your spam filter. If you do not receive the email, please contact the Secretariat.
·After the abstract submission system closes on July 15, 2026, paper submission closes before August 15, 2026 no further modifications or changes can be made to the submitted manuscript.
·Authors must specify the preferred presentation format when submitting their manuscript.
·Once submitted, manuscripts will be promptly reviewed by designated experts under the supervision of the Scientific Committee. The review process duration in July and August. Abstract acceptance notifications will be issued on July 30, 2026. Full paper acceptance notifications will be issued on August 30, 2026.
